Please utilize your client area for support. If you are logged in you can view and reply to your tickets online. Client Area
( NOTE – Your username for your hosting control panel is NOT your email address!)
If you don’t keep your email updated in your client area we will not be able to contact you if there is a problem so login to your client area and change your contact email whenever it changes. If you don’t you will not receive invoices and your account may be suspended if an invoice goes past due.
( NOTE – ALWAYS submit a supoprt request from a functioning email address)
Click on “Submit Ticket” and select which department you want the ticket to go to. There are required fields in there that will give us all the standard information that we need to give you help. If this is not there time is wasted gathering this information from in the form of a reply asking for it.
Support time is drastically reduced if you are able to give us the information we need when you submit this ticket.
